Cold soup on a cold VD.

Yep, it's February.  My birthday has passed, and VD is upon us.  Now, what to do?  Well, if you didn't win the singing gorilla contest (see below), you better have a back up plan. 


As for me, the day has passed without much significance.  Lunch with co-workers at Tavern on Jane.  A not-so-warm bowl of minestrone soup and an Asian chicken salad that was very good.  Had the soup been hot, I would be much happier about my lunch.  It's far to cold and snowy out on the streets of NYC to eat luke warm soup.  But then again, we have not had much snow this year, so it is almost a welcome treat!
