Ok, people.  Just a note... if you are on your cell phone on the streets of New York, you are not alone.  Just remember that everyone else can hear you.  So when you are exiting the doctors office at 23rd and 7th and you say loudly into your phone, "I just got a shot in my butt.  Now I take two pills, and then it's gone," those around you who hear the conversation may cross the street to get away from you.  And that is exactly what I did.  I didn't wait around to find out what he had.
