The premiere of Junior Defenders!

Well if you weren't there on Friday night, you missed all of the action at Cinema Village during the premiere of Junior Defenders, the new movie starring Ally Sheedy, Justin Henry (the Academy Award nominated kid from Kramer VS Kramer), Brian O'Halloran (Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Chasing Amy), Florence Henderson, Peter Tork, Michael Dukakis, Pauly Shore, Kevin Smith, and even John Waters!  And of course, ME!  Ok, so I have a small speaking part as a news reporter, but how many of you can say you are in a film with all of those people???

Below is a picture of (L to R) Fred Hazelton, one of the producers, Keith Speigel, and Brian O'Halloran. 

It was a great screening of the movie, followed by a QandA session with several of the people who worked so hard on the film for the last 10 years, including the director, Keith Speigel.  Below is a picture of Keith and me in front of the movie poster.

After the movie, the cast, crew, and friends headed over to 13 to party the rest of the night away.  About 4:30 I landed at home and managed to catch about two hours of sleep before my night ended and I had to rush to catch a train to my next party in Cornwall-on-Hudson.  Ahh, the wild life of a movie star.
